1 General Rules

By accessing or using the 399o platform you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Account Registration

Opening an account at 399o is completely free. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Restriction

399o strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and play on this platform.

• Providing a false age declaration will result in immediate account closure, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 399o reserves the right to request a government-issued ID for age verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

399o offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳10,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus winnings must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit amount). For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — the list of eligible games is stated on each bonus page.
• Each person may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• 399o reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently active at 399o: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious deposit transactions may be put on hold pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply depending on circumstances.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available at 399o — slots, table games, fishing games, sports betting, and live casino — are operated in accordance with internationally recognised fair play standards.

• The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error occurs during play, the bet for that round is cancelled and the amount is refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 399o's logs and records will be considered final.
• 399o reserves the right to change odds in sports betting.
• No games can be played when the account balance is zero.

6.1 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399o platform and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Fraud: Using any fraudulent techniques, software, or devices.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or another user's account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Inappropriate Conduct: Disrespectful behaviour towards other players or staff in live games or chat.
• Third-Party Tools: Using automation software, bots, or any other third-party tools.

Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be deemed void, and the associated account may be permanently closed.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

399o may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Closure by 399o

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If the balance remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the Player

• Any financial loss resulting from a player's negligence or breach of the rules.

In any circumstance, 399o's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.

11 Right to Amend

399o reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and other policies at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree with any change, you may request the closure of your account.
• The most recent version will always be published on this page.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain fully in effect.
